Pressed Steel Radiators (PSR)
Pressed steel radiators (PSR) are our core product — the standard corrugated-panel radiator used to cool the oil in distribution and power transformers by natural or forced air circulation. Each unit is fabricated in-house from cold-rolled low-carbon steel panels formed on our spot-seam and pressing lines, welded onto mild-steel headers, and finished with a red-oxide primer and top coat. Every radiator is leak- and pressure-tested before dispatch.

- Cooling for oil-filled distribution and power transformers
- Replacement / retrofit radiators for transformer repair and refurbishment
- Supply to transformer manufacturers and OEMs as a fabricated component

- CRCA steel panels, 0.8–0.9 mm thickness
- Every unit leak- and pressure-tested (2.5 kg/cm², air and oil) before dispatch
